　　Introduction: The limestone is easy to break. Its hardness is lower (grade 4~5) and silicon content is also low, therefore the cost of limestone production plant is much lower. In practice, if the raw ore are limestone, it has small wear on the jaw plate, and the service life of one pair jaw plate can reach one year because the limestone has low corrosion on wear part of the crusher.

　Characteristics

　　1、 Evident technology

　　This limestone crushing production line adopts the process of two crushing stages and one close circuit. The large jaw crusher will be used in the first crushing stage, and at the feeding end, the vibrating and screening feeder is used in order to ensure the cleanliness of aggregates. And the special crusher of gravel is put in the second stage and with the two cone crushers forming the closed circuit.

　　The line is equipped with the advanced electrical control unit so it’s highly automated. The production process is simple and easy to operate, no person is required when it runs except the switching of the line and routine maintenance.

工作原理

　　The production line is composed mainly by vibration feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and central electrical control unit. In order to meet the different requirement, the cone crusher and dust collection device can be further equipped.The lump materials are fed evenly from the ore silo through vibration feeder into the jaw crusher for rough crushing, the crushed materials are sent then by belt conveyor in the impact crusher for further crushing. And the fine materials out of the impact crusher are sent also by belt conveyor to the screen to get the gravel of different sizes. The gravel which meet the grain requirement are sent to the product stack, and the unqualified ones come back in the impact crusher, thereby forming the closed circuit.
